FLU VACCINE CLINICS ARE NOW BOOKABLE. PLEASE RING THE SURGERY TO ARRANGE AN APPOINTMENT.

Public Health England (PHE) has advised the public to ensure they have had two doses of MMR (measles, mumps & rubella) vaccine after outbreaks of measles have been confirmed across England. Anyone who is not sure if they are fully vaccinated is being advised to check with their GP practice. There have been 440 laboratory confirmed measles cases in England between 1 January 2018 and 9 May 2018. The increase in measles circulation is mainly associated with travel to and from Europe where there are large ongoing measles outbreaks.

 Welcome to The Saltscar Surgery

At The Saltscar Surgery our clinical system is called SystmOnline. Systmonline offers a range of free of charge online services to allow patients to proactively manage their care. These services include allowing patients to book their own GP appointments and order repeat medication. SystmOnline is available as an online service via a computer or via apps (for handheld devices such as tablets or smartphones). This provides patients with convenience and flexibility when managing their care.

To register for online services patients will have to present to the surgery reception desk with two valid forms of identity and they will be asked to read & complete an online registration form.
